AR Iron was founded in 1989 by Tony Sclafani’s parents. From a young age, Tony learned the importance of standing out in a competitive industry. His father emphasized that success required more than simply meeting ornamental and structural needs—it demanded quality, timeliness, and a real dedication to every customer. 

With a career spanning over three decades, Tony has continued to uphold this vision and has become a cornerstone of AR Iron. His commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and innovation has helped AR Iron grow into a trusted name in Southern Nevada. Known for blending artistry with functionality, Tony thrives on the creative side of fabrication and coatings, transforming raw materials into stunning, long-lasting works of art. 

Tony’s long-term goal is to see AR Iron reach 50 years of dedicated service to the community. This milestone would not only reflect the company’s longevity but also the trust AR Iron has built with its customers over the years. He firmly believes that consistent quality, timeliness, and integrity are essential for success in a competitive industry. 

Tony also holds strong opinions about the importance of professionalism in the fabrication business. “Too many contractors cut corners, and too many operate without proper licensing,” he says. As someone who values doing the job right the first time, Tony remains committed to setting and exceeding the highest standards. 

Outside of AR Iron, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, grounding himself in the relationships that matter most. This same dedication to family is reflected in how he approaches his work, his team, and his customers—with respect, trust, and unwavering commitment.
